Hi , I’m Kristine. I help individuals and couples understand more about themselves and the world they live in. I offer a safe space to learn about your mental health and the emotions you are currently experiencing. I offer evidence-focused techniques and tools to help you function based on your goals. I leave the space open for you to explore your past experiences, history and current contexts to have a more holistic view on how you interact with your world on a day-to-day basis. The aim is to acknowledge the past in order to be present and move forward in your life.
When I’m not practicing therapy I enjoy escaping the city for outdoor adventures and the mental and physical benefits of practicing yoga. Since graduating from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2012, I have been practicing psychotherapy using solution-oriented and evidence based techniques to help clients cope with anxiety, depression and many other mental health concerns.
