Psychotherapist
I help individuals and couples gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world they live in. I offer a safe space to learn about your mental health and the emotions you are currently experiencing. I provide evidence-based techniques and tools to help you function effectively in line with your goals. I leave the space open for you to explore your past experiences, history, and current contexts, helping you gain a more holistic view of how you interact with your world day to day. The aim is to acknowledge the past in order to be present and move forward in your life.
When I’m not practicing therapy, I enjoy living in Brooklyn and escaping the city for outdoor adventures. I enjoy the mental and physical benefits of practicing yoga, riding my bike, and hiking trails. Since graduating from Teachers College, Columbia University, I have been practicing psychotherapy in NYC using solution-oriented and evidence-based techniques to help clients cope with anxiety, depression, and many other mental health concerns. Please don't hesitate to reach out, and we can discuss working together.
