Psychotherapist
I help individuals and couples gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world they live in. I offer a safe space to learn about your mental health and the emotions you are currently experiencing. I provide evidence-based techniques and tools to help you function effectively in line with your goals. I leave the space open for you to explore your past experiences, history, and current contexts, allowing you to gain a more holistic view of how you interact with your world on a day-to-day basis. The aim is to acknowledge the past in order to be present and move forward in your life.
When I’m not practicing therapy, I enjoy escaping the city for outdoor adventures and the mental and physical benefits of practicing yoga. Since graduating from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2012, I have been practicing psychotherapy using solution-oriented and evidence-based techniques to help clients cope with anxiety, depression, and many other mental health concerns. Please don't hesitate to reach out, and we can discuss working together.
